New South Capital was established in 2005 by Tom Beecroft.
Tom has over twenty five years of growth capital experience, investing in a diverse set of companies including retail, business services, and manufacturing. He was worked and invested in Australia, USA, and Southeast Asia. His investments have averaged annual returns of 24%.
He also has ten years of operating experience as an entrepreneur and manager. In these roles he has acquired businesses, developed and introduced new products, executed successful turnarounds, and managed rapid growth.
He has extensive experience and skills in developing and guiding strategic direction, building and developing management teams, financial and capital management, post merger integration, restructuring, turnaround, and corporate governance.
Tom has been a director of over 25 companies ranging from small start ups to established companies with over $400 million in revenue.
Tom holds an MBA from Wharton, and bachelor degrees in Economics and Finance from Texas A&M University.
